...or something like that. so, i picked up CITY OF BONES yesterday. and then i finished it. then i biked to BORDERS and bought the sequel and the following -quel. the series is disgustingly addictive; reminiscent of twilight, but better writing and better character relationships. not to mention more classic. i have to say, i like vampires who burst into flames with sunlight. it just feels more... right. the author, CASSANDRA CLARE, is an exquisite writer in my humble opinion, but could take a course or two in character depth. the main character is CLARY, your basic sixteen-year old girl, lack of one parent and constantly squabbling with the

finally figured out that mystic arte shit. so, updating time, i guess. i went golfing for the first time yesterday. did pretty well. wrenched a few muscles. not an easy game. since then, i've been playing tales of vesperia. ie, my second favorite RPG ever. i'm on the final boss, the bitch commandant. it figures i'd run out of life bottles and then get killed my first time trying to beat him. decided i should try to figure out that over limit and mystic arte crap. chaining is hard for me, i i just hit them the normal way. i'm still trying to decide if i want to cosplay Rita Mordio for anime detour next year. i've been told i should but...
